The ground end of a fiber-optic FPV link - it sits with the pilot at the spool end. It turns the light coming from the drone back into analog video (CVBS) - for a monitor, a DVR, or a small 5.8GHz transmitter feeding your goggles - and over the same fiber it sends the control commands from your radio up to the drone. Works as a pair with the air unit (TX) and a fiber spool with an FC connector.
