Shipping, payment & returns

The short version of how we work. Every price on the site includes VAT; nothing is charged online - we confirm stock first, then take payment.

Shipping & delivery

Courier delivery anywhere in Israel: ₪29 per order, free on orders over ₪250.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You get a tracking number by WhatsApp or email.
All stock is held in Israel - no import duty, no customs delays, no surprises at the door.
Lithium batteries ship by ground courier only.

Choose Bit, bank transfer or credit card by phone when you place the order.
Nothing is charged on the website. Once we confirm every item is in stock, we send the payment details; the parcel ships when payment clears.
Credit card by phone can be split into up to 3 payments.
All prices include VAT. An invoice is sent with every order.

You may cancel an order and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unopened where sealed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; the refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Products that were flown, soldered, crashed or wired incorrectly cannot be returned. Batteries can be returned only unopened.
Dead on arrival? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we replace the item or refund it, including return shipping.
Every product carries the importer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Crash damage, water damage and wrong wiring are not covered.
