QS8-S Anti-Spark Connector - Male / Female / Pair, Original QIUSHANG
An original QS8-S connector from QIUSHANG (QS Connector), the company that developed the connector - choose male, female or a pair (male + female), each with a rear cover. A high-current connector with 8 mm gold-plated brass contacts, for large batteries on heavy-lift, agricultural and long-range drones and RC cars. A built-in 5.1 ohm resistor pre-charges the ESC capacitors before the main contacts close, so there is no spark and no 'snap' when you plug the battery in, and the contacts last longer. Rated 110-180A, for 8 to 12 AWG wire. Fiber-reinforced nylon housing rated UL94 V0, working from -30 to +150 C. The 5.1 ohm version is for systems up to 60V (QIUSHANG makes a 15 ohm version for over 60V). In QIUSHANG's naming, the male is a 'female' housing with male pins, and the female is a 'male' housing with sockets.
